Kitchen Knife Sharpening
This service is intended for standard kitchen knives used in daily cooking.
Each knife is sharpened entirely by hand using a diamond stone progression, adjusted as needed based on the knife’s condition. The edge is then honed, polished, and finished on a leather strop to produce a clean, precise, long-lasting edge.
No grinders or belt sharpeners are used. This process preserves blade geometry and steel integrity.
Customers may request:
Original factory edge angle or a custom angle
A more durable, slightly toothy edge or a finer, razor-sharp finish. Note - A finer, razor-sharp finish requires regular maintenance using a leather strop and stropping compound, or requires more frequent sharpening.
Includes:
Hand diamond stone sharpening
Honing, polishing, and leather strop finish
Overnight turnaround
Drop-off and pick-up is available standard. Optional pickup and delivery is offered separately. Serrated blade sharpening is not included at this time, but will be an option in the near future. Turnaround time is typically 24-48 hours, and you will receive a notification once your order is completed.
